Cancellation Policy
New bookings require a 48-hour window to ensure a personalized and productive lesson experience. You can reschedule your lesson up to 12 hours before the lesson time through the website. If you need to cancel a lesson without rescheduling, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. After the 48-hour window, the lesson will be considered complete and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. I value open communication and I am always happy to work with you to find a solution if unforeseen circumstances arise.
