Cancellation Policy
To ensure a personalized and productive lesson experience for you, new bookings require a 48-hour window. I understand that life can be unpredictable. You can reschedule your lesson up to 12 hours before your lesson time through the website. If you need to cancel a lesson with no rescheduling, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. After that timeframe, your lesson will be considered complete and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. I value open communication and I am always happy to work with you to find a solution if unforeseen circumstances arise.
